Mr. McCormack brings significant merger and acquisition experience to VR and his clients. Bob served as president and chief executive officer of Sun Bancorp, Inc., a diversified financial services holding company with approximately $1 billion in assets. During his leadership at Sun, Bob negotiated numerous acquisitions of banks and other financial services companies, to grow the company’s asset size, geographic reach, revenue streams and diversify its products and services. In addition, he negotiated several divestitures.
