Mr. Sosa has Managing Partner of the VR location in Coral Springs, Florida since 2003. He has been actively involved in over 100 transactions involving the transfer of privately-held business ownership. He is a Venezuelan Attorney from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining VR Mergers & Acquisitions, Mr. Sosa was a banker for over 20 years acting in various positions including serving as a member of the Board of Directors of a Commercial Bank, President of a Leasing and Financial Services Company and an Industrial Finance Corporation. After his banking career, he became Director and General Manager of the Venezuelan Subsidiary of Unisys Corporation where he managed a dedicated group of over 175 team players that increased sales in Venezuela from the US $ 20 million to $63 million in a four-year period. His training as an attorney, his business education, and experience in management, has proven to be of invaluable assistance for his clients and team members.
